Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

• Fluent in English (know Japanese will be an advantage)

• Know about production efficiency, mainly in the electronic manufacturing industry

• At least 3-5 years of experience in production manufacturing as a Foreman Assembly

• Familiar with safety regulations and implementation

• Have at least 50 subordinates with 1-3 years experience

• Able to Use MS Office

• Willing to be placed at GIIC, Deltamas, Cikarang Pusat

Job description:

• Practice and disseminate news, activities, and various company policies. Also, take care of cleanliness and safety.

• Check the number of employees and assign tasks to them each day for Support production improvement activities

• Acting as the supervisor's replacement when the supervisor is absent such as evaluating the performance of subordinates

• Daily meeting to inform the company's news, problems, and suggestions for solutions to subordinates.

• Analyze and solve various problems that occur in the department, such as controlling employee discipline, leave, punishment / initial leave approval

• Collect and summarize production results, including various problems and present them to the department.

• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or general manager

• Implementing the EMS, OHSAS, & Quality policy by the rules and procedures outlined in ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 9001
  

Authority:

• Warn or order to stop working if it is found that safety rules are not being followed.

• Coordinate with department leaders, supervisors, and operators to support production

• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and other relevant teams to enhance production efficiency.
