Kaizen & Training - Brazing Trainer Foreman

Job Description

  • Create training modules and make training plans for operators brazing
  • Create program evaluations to evaluate employee skills
  • Create a system to involve all production employees to participate in providing improvement ideas

Qualification

  • Age 25 - 35 years old
  • Diploma 3 or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience in production or manufacturing brazing
  • Have specialised certification in brazing
  • Have knowdledge in continous improvement activity
  • Experience in automotive/electronic companies is preferred.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and present data to track improvements and performance metrics.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skill
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • Able to work on teams and individually.
