Qualification:
Minimum bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/treasury, especially in a large manufacturing company.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, especially for cash flow projection and analysis.
In-depth understanding of banking operations, instruments, and credit facilities.
Familiarity with FX management, hedging instruments, and working capital optimization.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with external banks.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise treasury team in daily operation.
Assess and evaluate the performance of treasury staff.
Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations.
Monitor daily cash position, ensuring optimal fund allocation across accounts.
Manage all banking relationships and facilities, including negotiations for loan terms, renewals, and compliance reporting.
Prepare and review treasury reports (daily cash report, cash projection, loan position, FX, exposure, etc).
Ensure timely execution and documentation of loan drawdowns, repayments, and interest settlements.
Review and control all payments before execution, ensuring policy adherence.
Ensure compliance with treasury policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Assist in monthly, and year-end closing activities related to treasury.
Support internal and external audits related to treasury and cash management.
